Confirm the difficult part first. Tickets, routes and vehicles should remove uncertainty from the journey, not add another layer to manage.
Start with the service city, date and full route
Write where the service begins and ends, including airport codes, station names, hotels and every city involved. “Airport pickup in Guangzhou” is incomplete when the final address is a factory in Foshan, a hotel in Shenzhen or a border point near Hong Kong.
