1. Our commitment
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We work towards readable text, good colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links and text alternatives for meaningful images, and we support English, Arabic (right-to-left) and Spanish.
2. Where we are
This website has not yet been independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance. We review pages as we change them and fix problems that we find or that you report.
3. Known limitations
- Some older journal articles may have images with brief text alternatives.
- The step-by-step booking planner relies on tapping or clicking choices and may be harder to use with some assistive technology.
- Some content is translated only in part; the legal documents are in English.
- Third-party services we link to, such as the payment page and WhatsApp, have their own accessibility.
4. Booking without the website
You never need the website to book. Message us on WhatsApp at +86 195 4022 0601 or email concierge@chinachauffeurs.com, and we will arrange your journey, send information in another format where we can, and take note of any access needs such as wheelchair use, step-free access, or a slower pace.
5. Feedback and contact
If you find a barrier on this website, please tell us what you were trying to do and the page involved. We will look into it and aim to reply within a few working days. Email concierge@chinachauffeurs.com.
