2. Rules and prices change

Entry rules, visa and visa-free policies (including transit rules), health requirements, prices, opening hours, ticketing systems, payment methods and local regulations in China, Hong Kong and Macao change often and without notice. A guide may be out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm requirements with official sources before you travel, such as your embassy or consulate, your airline, and the relevant Chinese authorities.

3. Services, availability and estimates

Prices, availability and descriptions on this website are estimates and not an offer. A service is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and receive your deposit, as set out in our Terms of Service. Statements such as “where available” mean that availability depends on the location, date and third parties.

4. Vehicles, images and brand names

Vehicle photographs are illustrative. We provide the class and seating we confirm in writing, and a vehicle of the same class may be supplied. Vehicle makes, models and other brand names are used only to describe the vehicles, and belong to their owners. China Chauffeurs is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, airline, airport or attraction named on this website.

5. Airports and VIP Fast Track

Airport assistance, including VIP Fast Track, depends on the airport, terminal, airline, flight, cabin and your eligibility, and is provided by airport authorities, airlines or third parties. No private company controls immigration, customs or security. We do not promise queue times, channel access or that any procedure will be skipped or shortened. Every traveller must complete all required procedures. What is included is only what we confirm in writing. See clause 8 of our Terms of Service.

6. Guides, attractions and nature

Attractions can close, change ticketing or restrict entry at short notice because of weather, reservations, maintenance, crowds or official orders. Natural events such as sunrises, blooms, wildlife, auroras and bioluminescence are never guaranteed. Guided experiences depend on what local rules permit. Timings and walking distances are estimates.

7. Phones, apps and the internet in China

Information about eSIMs, apps, payment methods and internet access is general and may not work for you. You are responsible for complying with local law and with the terms of any service you use. Nothing on this website encourages you to break local law or any provider’s terms.

8. Health, safety and insurance

Travel carries risks, including those from altitude, weather, crowds, food allergies, road conditions and physical activity. Take your own advice on health and safety, tell us about any needs in advance, and follow the instructions of local authorities, guides and drivers. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers your planned activities.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
